For CTE programs, community colleges & trade schools
Give your automotive program a professional edge — without replacing what's already working.
Trackara Education is built for the program directors, department heads, and CTE coordinators who need a curriculum platform their LMS can actually talk to — and that doesn't require a semester to deploy.
No commitment required. We'll work around your procurement timeline.
Who uses Trackara Education
Built for programs that are serious about outcomes.
Community colleges with automotive departments
Multi-section, multi-instructor programs that need a curriculum platform their LMS can actually talk to.
High school CTE automotive programs
Career-track courses where student work needs to be documented, graded, and defensible to accreditation reviewers.
Trade schools and technical institutes
Programs where the goal is job-ready graduates, not passing scores on standardized tests.
Implementation
Most programs are running in 30 days.
Your IT team connects the LMS once. After that, it's all instructors and students.
Need a longer pilot period? We can start with a single course section. There's no minimum commitment.
Data privacy
Student data handled responsibly.
Institutional buyers have to answer to students, parents, IT security, and legal. Here's what you need to know.

The platform
Everything your program needs. Nothing you don't.
The school licenses Trackara Education — the instructor platform. That covers course builder, grading, student progress dashboard, and LMS integration. Students subscribe to Trackara Pro separately, so your budget covers the platform infrastructure, not individual student accounts.
- Unlimited instructor accounts — no per-seat fees for staff
- One LTI setup, then rosters and grades sync automatically
- Every graduate leaves with 6 months of professional Pro access
- Guided implementation, course templates, and ongoing support
LTI 1.3 integration
Setup is a one-time, 30–60 minute IT task.
The integration uses LTI 1.3 — the standard supported by every major LMS your school might use: Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and D2L. Your LMS administrator registers Trackara Education as an external tool. That's it. No plugins to install, no ongoing maintenance, no API tokens to rotate. Once it's done, it's done.
- LTI 1.3 — supported by all major LMS platforms
- Single sign-on, no separate passwords for instructors or students
- Automatic roster sync on every course launch
- Grade passback to your existing grade book
Step-by-step setup documentation provided for every supported LMS. No additional firewall changes required for standard LMS configurations.
Pricing
Pricing that works with your budget.
Institutional pricing is structured around your program's enrollment — we work with programs of all sizes, from a single-section pilot to a multi-campus rollout. There's no minimum commitment and no long-term contract required to start. If you have a specific budget from your department, tell us — we'll find a structure that works.

Does this replace our LMS?
No. Trackara Education runs inside your existing LMS through LTI. Students and instructors access it from the same place they access all their other tools. Your grade book stays in your LMS.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on enrolled student count per term. We work with programs of all sizes and will put together a quote based on your specific enrollment numbers. No published rate card because every program is different — reach out and we'll give you a straight answer.
What does IT setup look like?
LTI 1.3 integration setup takes 30–60 minutes for an LMS administrator who has done external tool configurations before. We provide step-by-step documentation for every supported LMS. After the initial setup, there's no ongoing IT work.
Is student data FERPA compliant?
Yes. Trackara Education is designed to support FERPA compliance. We sign a Data Processing Agreement with each institution at onboarding. Student records are used only for their educational purpose and are stored on Google Cloud infrastructure — never sold or shared with third parties.
Can we run a pilot before committing?
Yes. A single-course pilot is a common way programs start. We can scope a pilot that lets your instructors evaluate the platform with one class section before any larger commitment.
What support do we get?
Guided implementation when you onboard, course setup templates, and ongoing email/async support. For larger programs, we offer direct implementation support.
