Pricing built around your program — not the other way around.
Most curriculum software charges per seat, per year, on terms that don't match how programs actually budget. We don't. Tell us your enrollment and your budget — we'll build a structure that works.

The school funds the curriculum platform. Students fund their professional tools. No overlap, no confusion.
Trackara Education
Institutional License
What the school pays for
The instructor platform — course builder, assignment management, student progress dashboard, LMS integration, grading tools. One license covers your entire program: all instructors, all sections, all courses.
- Unlimited instructor accounts
- All features included — no add-on tiers
- LMS integration setup and support
- Course templates for common automotive curriculum
- Student graduation benefit included
Trackara Pro
Student Subscription
What students pay for directly
Students subscribe to Trackara Pro — the same professional app used in the field. Not a classroom simulation. The real tool, with the same data they'll use after graduation.
- Professional repair order management
- OBD2 diagnostics and scan tool integration
- Quote and invoice tools
- 6 months free at graduation
The school's cost covers the platform — not individual student accounts. Students fund their own professional tools the same way they'd purchase any required course software.
Why students pay directly.
Automotive programs have always required students to have their own tools. A torque wrench, a multimeter, a set of hand tools — these aren't provided by the school, and nobody thinks that's unusual. Professional software is the same category.
When students subscribe to Trackara Pro, they're not buying access to a classroom simulation. They're getting the actual professional tool they'll carry into their first job.
For the school: no per-student budget negotiation, no license tracking, no tool that disappears when students leave. You fund the curriculum infrastructure. Students fund their professional tools.
No per-student cost to the institution
Students subscribe directly. Your license covers the platform, not individual accounts.
Students keep the tool after graduation
Not a textbook they return. Software they build a career on — already familiar from day one.
Familiar to procurement
Required course software is a standard approval category — no novel purchasing process needed.
A recruiting differentiator
"Graduate with professional software included" is a real selling point for enrollment.

Common questions
Anything else? sales@trackara.app
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on your program's enrolled student count per term. We don't publish a rate card because every program is different — we'd rather have a 5-minute conversation about your enrollment and give you a real number.
Is there a minimum enrollment size?
No. We work with small programs doing a single-course pilot and larger departments with multiple sections. The right structure depends on your program, not a minimum threshold.
Do we need a long-term contract?
No. We don't require multi-year contracts to get started. Programs that want to start with a single-term pilot can do that. Institutions that want annual or multi-year agreements can discuss that too — we're flexible.
What's the student subscription price?
Students subscribe through the Trackara Pro app at the standard consumer rate. The school doesn't purchase or manage student subscriptions. For the current subscription price, students can check pro.trackara.app.
What if our enrollment changes mid-year?
We handle enrollment fluctuations when they happen. If your program grows or shrinks mid-term, we'll adjust accordingly — we're not going to hold you to a number that no longer reflects your program.
What's included in the institutional license?
Everything. There are no feature tiers or add-on packages. The institutional license includes all platform features: course builder, LMS integration, grading tools, student progress dashboard, OBD2 assignment types, and the student graduation benefit.
Can we run a pilot first?
Yes. A pilot with a single course section is the most common way programs start. Contact us and we'll scope a pilot that lets your instructors evaluate the platform before any larger commitment.
We work with programs of all budget ranges.
Tell us yours.
Enrollment size, your LMS, and what you're teaching. That's all we need to put a real number together.
No sales scripts — just a real conversation. We typically respond within one business day.
